The Individual Level
The Individual Level begins with the change process – how it works, the psychological demands it makes of us, and what people must supply to be successful.
We introduce what we call ‘The Success Pattern’. This is the pattern of human behaviour that leads to successful change.
We use 4 tools to build change readiness at the individual level. These are:
- IRVEY (our proprietary change fitness assessment),
- the PCFP (Personal Change Fitness Program – an online, self-paced learning program),
- Warmups (5 x 90-minute group coaching sessions).
- Engagement Readiness training (1 x 90-minute session).
