INDIVIDUAL READINESS

This is about the individual's psychological readiness to be successful at change. The focus is on how people think and act.

TEAM READINESS

This is about team readiness for change. The focus is on engagement, knowledge, skills, structures.

ORGANISATIONAL READINESS

The main focus is on cultural readiness for change. This level embeds all other levels.
