Training/Coaching Routines

The following table outlines the training routines we offer to help you build your organisational change readiness muscles. You could think of these as different exercise routines you would perform at a physical gym to build different muscle groups. 

Although these training/coaching programs might sound similar to others on offer, they are not the same. These target different elements of change readiness. They hone in on different change readiness muscles and build strengths in different areas.

Each session in each training sequence costs $500 plus $10 per person. All training has been developed in-house by change readiness specialists and delivered by specially trained personnel.

Coaching is similar to training but is more personalised, usually with smaller numbers (or individualised) and may include additional material or resources.

Note: our products and services are principally for leaders and managers. The change readiness of an organisation begins at the top.

Where should you start?

The best place to start is with the Masterclass. This will cost you nothing but it will give you the general concept informing our approach.

The next place to go is generally to the individual level –  the PCFP (Personal Change Fitness Program) and the Warmups. Taken together, these will grow the personal change fitness of your people (i.e., their capacity to be successful at the change process), and improve change leadership within your organisation. You want this knowledge to be embedded in and distributed throughout your teams.

Where you go from there depends on certain variables and also on how complex systems work. Healthcare organisations, like many others, are complex systems. There are diverse, connected, and interdependent stakeholders and people need to adapt speedily to new demands and pressures. Complex systems also contain feedback loops and critical phase transitions (tipping points).

Change readiness is one of these feedback loops. The change readiness you develop at the individual level provides a positive feedback loop at the team and organisational levels. In other words, the best bang for your buck is found by starting at the individual level.
