‘Understanding the Change Process’ is the best place to start if you want online instruction about change, change fitness, and change readiness, and you don’t want coaching as part of the learning experience. Then, if you want to develop a deeper understanding of change fitness, enrol in ‘The 7 Change Fitness Resources’. Following those 2 programs, you can move on to the ‘Change Leadership Program’ and/or the ‘Organisational Change Readiness Program’.
The 4 programs listed above have no coaching attached to them, though email support is provided. However, you can add coaching to any of these courses (provided by a specially trained change fitness/change readiness coach. Additional costs apply).
The Personal Change Fitness Program is an online, self-paced program that includes coaching as part of the learning process. If you want to learn about change and change fitness and you also want to improve your change capacity, this is the best option for you. If you want to become a licensee, you should do this program first.
