The Agility Coaching Program

Our personal agility coaching program is based on solid research from reputable researchers in Australia and the US. It is not pop psychology.

The program has been created to improve personal agility. We have run the program in over 16 countries and have seen an average 38% improvement in personal agility over a 90-day period (full program).

The program consists of 5 parts, shown below. Part 1 is a core module that must be taken – it is essential knowledge for understanding everything that follows. The other parts can be taken as needed. Needs are established via the first change fitness assessment.

Each part consists of modules, called Workouts. Each Workout consists of online work to be completed and submitted before the coaching session. Each Workout consists of a video, a quiz, and a set of reflective (short answer) questions. The coaching sessions focus on the answers to the questions.

Each coaching session is conducted by an experienced and highly trained change fitness coach. The coach has successfully completed the coaching program and has undertaken further study in the field of change fitness (personal agility). All coaches are well experienced and qualified.

Part 1 - Understanding How Change Works

Our personal agility must be based on a solid foundation – the change process. Part 1 consists of 3 Workouts (approx 9 hours of online learning), a change fitness assessment, plus a 1-hour coaching session with an accredited change fitness coach.

Part 2 - The Self and Change

Our beliefs about ourselves influence our agility, our personal change fitness. Part 2 consists of 2 Workouts (approx 6 hours of online learning) plus a 1-hour coaching session with an accredited change fitness coach.

Part 3 - The Environment and Change

Our beliefs and attitudes about our current and future environment have an influence on our agility. Part 3 consists of 2 Workouts (approx 6 hours of online learning) plus a 1-hour coaching session with an accredited change fitness coach.

Part 4 - Others and Change

Our beliefs about others and the systems in which we live shape how agile we are. Part 4 consists of 2 Workouts (approx 6 hours of online learning) plus a 1-hour coaching session with an accredited change fitness coach.

Part 5 - Worldviews and Change

Our worldview beliefs impact our personal agility. Part 5 consists of 2 Workouts (approx 6 hours of online learning), a change fitness assessment, plus a 1-hour coaching session with an accredited change fitness coach.
