I first met Brian through LinkedIn. He lives in Australia, loves learning, and is a medical professional. He was interested in change fitness because he encounters many clients who say they want to change, but don’t keep up with recommended lifestyle changes. He wanted to learn more about why this happens, and how he could help people make better choices.

When I conducted the initial change fitness assessment, I discovered that Brian’s change fitness score was 21% below average. Brian knew he too struggled with change but wasn’t sure why and didn’t know what to do about it.

Brian enrolled in the Personal Change Fitness Program and was very committed to his progress. He really engaged with the learning material and over the 12 weeks we had many powerful coaching sessions together.

As Brian engaged in the Program, he came to understand how his change fitness limitations had influenced his life story. This growing awareness provided him the opportunity to make some new choices.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Brian and to see him move ahead into new realities. His progress was evident in his language, the stories he told, new behaviours, and the comments from family and friends. His partner noticed a huge change in him and encouraged him to continue in further change fitness training.

When I assessed him at the end of the 12 -week program, his change fitness score had gone from 21% below average to 7% above average – a 97% difference in his score in just 12 weeks. Brian continues to make progress and is enjoying his increased capacity around change.
